Local Pick up Policy
Please wait for email notification before picking up your order.
Also, please call our office to confirm pickup time before arriving.
Proof of order confirmation and photo ID is required for pick up.
When you arrive on site, please proceed to plaza one visitors parking

Proceed through main lobby and take elevators up to the 5th floor
You will be greeted by receptionist and one of our team members will be meet you with order.

Shipping Policy
Most orders are shipped within 3-5 business days of purchase, unless any materials needed are on back order or your order need additional verification. You will automatically receive an e-mail when your order has been shipped. It will contain a tracking number you can use to go online and track the status of your shipment.

We currently offer USPS priority mail with flat rate shipping for $10.00 for all ordered under $195.00 and $15.00 for all orders over $195.00. Most packages typically arrive within 5-7 business days (not including processing & production days)

We currently do not offer expedited or international shipping.
Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for recompensating for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed by the postal service. A complaint must be filed with USPS.

Please provide an accurate, working address for package shipment. Please remember to include your apartment number, floor number, or any other information that is necessary to ensure that the carrier can successfully deliver your package. Refused or undeliverable packages may be subject to return shipping costs. If you would like us to re-ship a package that was returned to us as undeliverable, additional shipping costs is the responsibility of the client/customer.
Return & Exchange Policy
ALL purchases are final sale. We do not accept any returns or exchange requests unless the item customer receives is defective. If you receive a defective item, please e-mail us at info@behindyourscene.com within 5 business days after receiving your order with details of the product and proof the defect (via photos or video).

If you are granted a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.
Digital Design Policy
It is the client's responsibility to carefully review all design proofs. Once confirmation or approval is given by client, all items are sent directly to print production or emailed to client immediately.

Behind Your Scene is not responsible for any further additions or edits. If client would like to submit further changes, another invoice covering the original cost printed product or additional design fee will be sent via email.
Once invoice has been paid by client, client has 48 hours to send all requested info to our team for all product or service change requests. Failure to provide necessary info to us results in invoice cancellation and no refund.
